Data processors and international transfers

Data submitted through the contact form is processed by Formspree (Formspree Inc., United States), which acts as a data processor. Web hosting is provided by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare Inc., United States).

Both providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), the adequacy framework approved by the European Commission in July 2023, which ensures a level of protection equivalent to the GDPR for personal data transfers to the United States. You can check the registry of certified companies at dataprivacyframework.gov.

Retention

Form data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, in any case, for the legally required periods. Once the communication is concluded, the data is deleted.
